Hamilton County Electric Cooperative Association is a not for profit electric cooperative owned by its Members. The Cooperative’s business affairs are managed by a board of directors who are elected by its Members in accordance with the Cooperative’s bylaws. We provide electric service to 17,359 meters delivered over 4,700 miles of distribution line in Coryell, Hamilton, Lampasas, Mills, San Saba, Comanche, and Llano counties. HCECA is committed to providing you with the best possible electric service at affordable prices.
