Attention: Notice of Annual Meeting Venue Change
Hamilton County Electric Board of Directors have made the decision to relocate their annual membership meeting to be held at the Circle T Arena, 4007 W Hwy 36, Hamilton, Texas. The meeting time will continue as planned for Friday, August 5th at 7:00 p.m. Meals will be served from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Hamilton County Electric Cooperative received notice Monday, July 25th, that the Hamilton ISD high school's air conditioning system was not functioning to capacity. After having to cancel the annual meeting the past two years, the Board preferred not to cancel or postpone the meeting for a later date.
Please be aware, although the facilities at Circle T are under a covered area, there is not air conditioning. However, there are overhead fans that will generate some degree of air flow. The Cooperative regrets the late notice of this change. We will do our best to make the most of this situation.
