Maintenance on the software used to manage ACLARA meters on our system will begin 5/19/23 at 8:00 pm until Sunday 5/21/23 at 9:00 pm. This will affect the FT. Gates and Copperas Cove areas. This means we will not have any notifications of outages in those areas and will rely on members calling in if they experience an outage. Only the functionality between the office and the meter to see outages or send commands will be affected. All information/readings will be stored in the meters and will report into the software once it is available again.
