Hamilton County Electric Cooperative invites all our Members to attend the Annual Membership Meeting, August 5 at the Hamilton ISD Chandler Craig Auditorium. For directions, please refer to the map.

DINNER 5-6:15 p.m.

To accommodate the expected large crowd, we will be serving dinner in two locations:

the Hamilton ISD Junior High cafeteria and the High School commons area

A catfish and barbecue dinner will be catered by J&M Hill Country Bar-B-Q. It is not necessary to register before dining.

REGISTRATION

Member registration cards may be entered for prizes at Hamilton High School’s Chandler Craig Auditorium. A registration card was mailed to each member June 22, along with the ballot for the Director Election. Be sure to bring your registration card with you to avoid waiting in line to obtain one. You will also present the card to receive an attendance gift. Members must be present to win prizes.

BUSINESS MEETING

Business will begin at 7 p.m. in the Chandler Craig Auditorium.

You will hear information on the operation of your Cooperative, results of the director election and highlights of co-op accomplishments throughout the past year.

ENTERTAINMENT

Hard Luck Band

The Hard Luck Band is made up of a collection of musicians who come together to play western swing. With saxophone, fiddle, steel guitar, bass, piano and drums, their music combines the down-home quality of country music with the sophistication of jazz.

We hope you will come out and help us celebrate 83 years of providing electric service.
